With regard to the partnership with the Central Vocational Center of Taichung, senior managers of vocational training and technical education will receive a training in Taiwan as planned in PRFP’s yearly activities program. This training will take place in Taiwan from october 22nd to November 13th. About 15 participants from the Ministry of education (MESSRS) and the Ministry of youth and employment (MJE) will take part to it.

A. Objective: The objective is to contribute

- in one hand, to the training of managers of vocational training and technical education structures and to immersed them with a management culture ;

- and in second hand, vocational training and technical education and executives from the Ministry of secondary, higher education and scientific research (MESSRS) and the Ministry of youth and employment assigned to elaborate policies and strategies in terms of vocational and technical training and education, in order to cover needs in terms of training to promote the economical development of Burkina Faso.
B. Participants: The governmental officers from the relevant departments (MESSRS,MJE) , chair persons in charge of technical and vocational training organizations, the managers and the executive heads of the Ziniare Vocational Training Center of Reference.

C. Training Modes: Including workshops, symposiums and visits.
I. Workshops and symposiums: Sharing Taiwan’s experience in the Labor policy and the vocational training organization establishment and management.
II. Visits: Fields trips to the vocational training organizations and schools to actually observe and learn the Taiwan’s experience in the vocational training management.
